Drop Off / Pick Up
Customers arrange a pickup via our booking form or head to one of our select drop off locations run by SBW Studio partners. Our friendly service technicians will advise on the pricing and service that will best suit the condition of the shoes or bags.
Processing
Once the shoes and bags have been collected, service technicians will proceed to sort and photo-document each item individually, taking note of any special instructions that have been given by the customer.
Cleaning
SBW Studio specialises in cleaning shoes and bags of all brands, makes and materials. This includes suede/nubuck refurbishing, shoe/bag recolouring and ongoing maintenance of your beloved items.
Collection / Pick Up
Cleaned shoes and bags are photo-documented and packed for delivery or pickup by the team and sent out to the drop off points stipulated by the customers. Customers are notified via text message that the item has been dropped off at the location.
